How it Works
Through the Supplier Finance programme, Corich will provide an early payment to you based on confirmed
invoices by your Buyer. Here’s how it works:
- As a supplier, you deliver the goods and invoice to your buyer.
- Your buyer sends us the invoice listing.
- We provide you with early payment.
- We collect payment from your buyer on the invoice due date.
Legal Document:
- Certified copies of patent (if applicable)
- Latest Business Registration Certificate (BRC) (if applicable)
- Certificate of incorporation & AoA (if applicable)
- Value Added Tax Certificate (VAT) (if applicable)
- Register of Shareholders(if applicable)
- Owner National ID or Passport
Business & Income Proof
- Agreements / contracts supporting business income (if applicable)
- Confirmation on any debt from other banks (if applicable)
- 6-month bank statements (if applicable)
- Collateral evaluation report (if applicable)
- Other relevant documents as requested
Other Requirements:
- Real estate property document (Soft or Hard Title)
- A cash deposit (Savings Account/ Current Account/ Term Deposit Account within the Bank)
